MMF in Mission

MMF Partners with HAITIAN FAMILY RESOURCE CENTER:
A donation of nine laptop
computers from the Pearson Foundation to the Haitian Family
Resource Center
was coordinated by Brian. He and Mary Ellen refurbished
the laptops to prepare them for the computer skills program that Judith
from the HFRC began directing in
July. Tim arranged for the donation of an additional laptop by
another student in his academic program so the HFRC now has
laptop computers for this program.
Please contact MMF if you have a
laptop in good condition to donate, as nearly 100 people have registered for
this program.
Additionally, MMF has received the matching funds from Everence for our bake
sale. The HFRC has now received over $1000 from this bake
sale. Thank you to all for making it a success! It was truly a
community effort.

Calvary Food Pantry each Communion Sunday.

milk, kidney
beans, spinach, tuna fish, chicken; pasta, rice, and oatmeal in one-pound packages.
MMF owns the above brownstone, which in addition to providing church office space and overnight guest rooms, houses about a dozen long-term residents.
The congregation supports a group of volunteers who come to New York City for a year of service as part of a national program of Mennonite Mission Network.
Located at Menno House, this unique collection offers students and researchers access to books by and about Mennonites and Anabaptists.
